WE can still stay up. We fight to the end!
Whilst things aesthetically have changed we, the people are West Ham United. We fight till the very end and we can stay up. It is going to be extremely close but I for one want this club to do well and to do so we have to stay in the premier league.

I think the blame for our current situation is definitely the owners. The reason we are in this position isn’t solely down to them but what is their fault and their biggest mistake was not sacking Bilic in the summer. The players have had too much of his poor coaching drummed into them and the poor appointment of Moyes isn’t the guy to get them out of that mentality.

They’ve all got zero confidence and I hate to say it but Allardyce was probably the only guy who I can confidently say would of kept us up as he would of at least made us hard to beat.

0 points from our next 3 games and all we can hope for is that the owners do spend in January and we pick enough points up to ensure there are 3 teams who are somehow worse than us and pick up less.

I feel they have no choice but to spend in January as they are faced with the harsh reality that if they don’t, we are finished.

As I said, we are West Ham United and as fans we will be there fighting till the very end until there is no chance, but until then, as hard as it seems right now let’s not give up and show the fight until the seasons end.

Love the bravado of it all, but are we to expect this shower of shit that calls itself a football team to suddenly catch fire and go on some crazy run that will lead to a more than doubling of our current points tally required to even scrape safety?

We’re down.

Grow up.

The fans are West Ham, the owners and players aren't.

Fight?

Problem is we're into December and the only glimpses of fight we've shown is when we're two down.

The lack of bottle and determination is what is glaringly obvious every time we run on the pitch

Of course we can stay up. It's only bloody November. Anyone here older than 8 can recall seasons we haven't even started playing till March. Get a fucking grip.

That's the attitude!

Re: WE can still stay up. We fight to the end!
BTW IF we do go again we're not 'finished'. We're just relegated. Everyone here is saying how shite the squad is and if we go down it's been proven, so no-one will care if we sell and build the team around some of the players we've been lauding for five seasons but never seen. Longest we've been down since 1958 is three seasons (and that was the team that won the FA Cup), we'll be back in a season or two. I repeat: Get a grip.

Re: WE can still stay up. We fight to the end!
Fight doesn't get you anywhere inn the PL anymore. You need pace, energy, organisation and professional players. We have none. You talk about fight..... What? With this bunch. They have no fight because they have no cause to fight for. They have no identity as players. And they have no game-plan or strategy. They are clueless and this stems from the manager's that we have had this year. It's ok saying "Fight" but if you launch into a fight wind-milling and kicking air you get beat. You need to have a plan. We have none.

We are going to get relegated and the sooner we face it the easier it will be to accept. This is the level the owners have aimed for and they are taking us to where they belong. In the bargain basement. That's what they are, dodgy dealers who put up a front. If you want professional look at Man City's owners. That's how you run a football club. Not our tin-pot, porn pushing wrong'un's.

And Moyes.... The boggle eyed joey without a fucking clue. A man that single-handedly made Socieadad far worse than they already were. A man who made Sunderland far worse than they already were. And now his magic is being worked at West Ham and we now look worse than we did under Bilic. This is a man who has been a failure in his last three jobs. A man that when hailed as a success at Everton actually did very little of anything that was successful.

A man who's sole claim to fame in football is getting Everton in the top half consistently and, from time to time, a little Euro qualification. Everton loved him simply because he allowed them to remain on the coat-tail's of Liverpool. But that was a long time ago. And our owners believed that after the debacle's at Man Utd, Real Sociedad and Sunderland he was the man that could push us up the table. And they wonder why we are in trouble?

The incompetency at the club is now a sick joke. From the top right down to the useless thick cunt behind the bar that can't work out the change to give for two beers from a score.

West Ham are a sick joke.

Re: WE can still stay up. We fight to the end!
billy, you keep referring to an age factor, it has fuck all to do with that. I'm in my mid to late 40s and saw less talented teams play for us but even those teams looked like they cared, this is different. I've already wrote off the next three games so it will be seventeen games gone and on ten points. that's ten points in seventeen and you expect them to win 8 or nine out of the remaining 21 to get to mid thirties. it isn't happening with these cunts

The time for believing we are staying up is gone. If anybody still had a glimmer before last night then all they had to do was watch last nights game. Anybody after last night that thinks we are staying up is either delusionally blind in their faith or knows fuck all about football.

We are like an injured gazelle pulling itself across the plains. And look, next game the lion walks over the hill. It's going to be gruesome.

We are gone. End of.

Who's going to come in January when we are in the bottom 3 and depending on results at the weekend potentially bottom. Any decent player will want huge wages and a relegation clause so that are not stuck in this shithole in the Championship.

Re: WE can still stay up. We fight to the end!
We basically need 10 wins from 24 games. Man city, chelsea and arsenal coming up, so thats 10 from 21 games.

We are gone

Forgetting the next 3 nightmare fixtures and the League cup

From 16/12 - 10/2/18
Stoke Away
Newcastle Home
Bournemouth Away
Spurs Away
WBA Home
Huddersfield away
Bournemouth Home
Palace Home
BHA Away
Watford Home

Last 6 games during an after the January transfer window.

Bearing in mind it will be highly likely we will be going into those games with 10 points, I reckon 15 points minimum in those games to have a chance of staying up April is Chelsea, City, Arse as well

Re: WE can still stay up. We fight to the end!
No way will these owners even consider throwing large sums of money at Moyes in January, too much of a risk. If we're bottom by Xmas, which we will do, it'll be all about preparing for life financially in the Championship. That's what both Villa and Sunderland dis, and we are those clubs this season.
